Availability:

Product availability is always indicated on the page of the product itself: we try to keep in stock as many products as possible to allow you to receive your order as quickly as possible.

If a product is "not available", you can use the "Notify me when this product is in stock": as soon we have it ready for delivery, we will notify you via email. So you can order and be sure to receive it soon.

 

Shipping time:

If you place your order before 11am and you order an "in stock" product, we will ship it want within the same day. Otherwise, later orders will be shiped the following working day.

The time required for shipping also depends on the type of payment you will choose. For example, orders payed cash, with Paypal or credit card, will be dispatch immediately. If you prefere to pay by bank transfer, first you need to place your order, then you have to make the payment to our bank account (which will be noticed to you at time of your order), sending us a copy of the payment confirmation. After receipt we shall notify you with confirmation and provide for the shipment.

 

 

Delivery time:

When placing your order, you can select the preferred mean of delivery. Depending on the address, the weight and the timing of delivery you prefer, the fare will be automatically determined by our system. Both in Italy and abroad we deliver via the major Courier service Companies that ensure high service quality, customer focus and optimum delivery speed.

Depending on the Country where you want to receive or ship your products to, you can choose among the following options:

- UPS GROUND: delivery in 4 working days *;

- UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery in 3 working days*; 

- UPS 2nd Day: Delivery in 2 working days*;

- UPS Next Day: Delivery in 1 working days*.

Delivery times from the shipping date (*delivery times depends not on us but on courier services and they may vary from the expected timing). For some Countries or products - for logistics reasons - it may happen to have one only option available.

 

 

Delivery of your purchases:

At any time you can check the status of your orders on our website, in My account.  Some small tips when you receive your order:

- Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the shipping document

- Check that the box appears intact and not altered, including the closing strip

- Check that there is no damage inside the package

 

In case of tampering and / or breakage, you should immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery by adding words "subject to control GOODS FOR ....." (indicate motivation) on the delivery document received from the courier. Then please contact us immediately via email at  support@primalucelab.us (and sending us a photograph of the package). The notification must be received no later than 7 (seven) days from the receipt of goods.
